Fees

AMN Admin Supports has no lock in contracts or subscription fees.
We only charge a small fee based on processed support claims – you pay, only when you get paid.

Standard Admin Services

Includes invoicing, payment reconciliation, and access to our CRM system (as per T&Cs).

Weekly Billing Total Fee (incl. GST)

$20,000 – $40,000 7.5% of total billable support time/items
$40,000 – $60,000 6.5% of total billable support time/items
$60,000+ 5.5% of total billable support time/items

Service Booking Creation

Creation or updates to participant service bookings in the MyPlace portal (PRODA).

Up to 4 line items $20 per booking
5 to 30 line items $50 per booking

System Training

Personalised training (online or in person).

If you already use your own CRM and don’t want to change, that’s okay. You can enter the basic participant details and use our system just for billing. You don’t have to use any other features.

If you use subcontractors, we can pay them for you which will save you time and keeps everything in one place.
We charge a small percentage of their billable time.
